Soliciting, meaning making no other contact with a member except for the purpose of acquiring their email address to send unknown website links and or spam. Which matched the activity of ThorThor.

Just to clarify our position on this, MPReviews is a democracy and gets no benefit out of being anything else. However, there are so many pop-up copycat review sites lately poaching our content and trying to poach you guys too. It's a free country and you guys are more than welcome to read our reviews, hand-me-down style somewhere else. However, if it is brought to our attention that a user is trying to email links to other sites it's gonna raise a red flag.
We don't have time to big brother you guys, we barely have time to approve reviews, comments, membership upgrades, and respond to emails. But to protect our members and the site, we don't take this kind of stuff lightly, and when brought to our attention, we do look into it.
