Huge you were simply experiencing the common side effects of viagra. It dilates the blood vessels and is supposed to be pretty specific for the penile area, but still the side effects are pretty general, and not so pleasant--here they are straight from Wikipedia: "headache, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion." I can add from my personal experience that it also can have a laxative effect. I don't know what to think about your tingling toes.
