A natural person is a person formed based on natural event like birth, insanity, or death. A child trust, estate, citizen, guardian lunatic estate, etc. are natural person. The word "commission" can mean to perpetrate or to instruct someone else. Which one? The right one is to instruct someone else because California Penal Code 25 – 29.8 state that if someone done the act, they cannot be capable of committing (qualified to be charged with a crime). When the defendant refuse to provide the prostitution porn video, the State of California lost on their investment and press criminal charges. The word "engage" in the California Penal Code can mean to forbear(refrain) from doing. For the charges to work, the defendant must forbear the act of prostitution.
