That's actually a Big Pharma trick to develop and patent a new delivery system for the drug right before the old patent expires. Now they just got another 17 years for the new and improved way to take it. good thing we have all day chemist

Swallow...I use it and chew it up thoroughly in mouth and run it all around gums and under tongue for a couple of minutes then swallow it and it goes to work faster, like reaction in 10-15 minutes, so you can do this shortly before session or just before if you know they are going to massage you for a while before fun time. I do get at discount luckily by health plan in the daily dose and don't need to get from overseas, but who knows about drug prices, we'll see after election if anyone moves on it.
