Trump seeks more than $20 million in damages from Stormy Daniels in Federal Court
President Trump is seeking more than $20 million in damages from Stephanie Clifford who is trying to void the confidentiality deal that requires her to keep quiet about her affair with him, according to court papers filed Friday in Federal Court. Trump formally joined his legal team’s response to Stephanie Clifford’s lawsuit in a motion, filed Friday, to move the case from state court in Los Angeles, where Ms. Clifford filed her claim, to federal court.
The new court motion makes it clear that President Trump now fully considers himself a party to the litigation. David Dennison and Donald Trump, appear on two new court motions filed by Trump's attorney. He's trying to move it to a court where he appointed the judges himself. Interesting times. I guess the information and photos she has are worth suppressing.
It's said there are 8 or 9 other porn stars with similar agreements with Cohen/Trump.
