I'm new to the community and was wondering if anyone can give advice on graduating from AMP's to Escorts?
I've looked at many reviews and links, but the links always say that I need references.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been with a few Asian escorts from Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. Usually, the only questions I would, initially, be asked was am I law enforcement and what is my ethnicity. Sources for the providers were Backpage and MPR.

There are a zillion girls on Back Page that don't need references. It's a little harder but not that hard to find girls on HX that will take a newbie and then give you a safety rating.

I try escort way back, and again recently, that recently was a bad experience. I would stick with AMP. there's a good chance that you won't get the same/or recent of the pics of the girl.. for instant, backpage.com ad said nuru,strip,massage,etc. when I got there, she is 10years older, services was the worst I got. feel free to mp me and I can describe the rest. I would say out of 10 escort, I have 5 good, 3 ok, 2 bad.....

It is very hit and miss on BackPage. The ad will say 100% real pic and you show up and it's not. Being lazy I went with a girl the other day from BP (see review) that I asked twice before showing up if it was the real pic. If I would have walked out the minute I saw it wasn't the girl from the pic maybe she wouldn't keep trying this bait and switch routine...BUT I, like most lazy mongers will give her a shot if she looks OK and we are already there. You're 100% correct that 50% of the time something like this will happen with BackPage independents. However, the better agencies on HX (like SportsClub, HealthClub, TheAsianConnection etc.) will always provide top quality girls with consistent service.

To start you might try one of the many AAMPs on HX as mentioned by MPKid. Either the pics are real or a good representation. Most are GFE. From there you can try some of the indy's on HX. I'd suggest newbie's stay away from BP.
