MPR admin was clear in response with me
they prefer when we see a fake review to go to comments section below review and make comment that the place is closed as of the approximate date so any reviews after that date must be fake.
They explained to me that is the best place for them to notice it, that the place is closed, and they will notice it there and make the correction to the format of the place saying it has closed on the title of the place, so that anyone calling it up to put in another review will see that he is trying to review a place that closed, and subject his review to more scrutiny by members.
