Yes but they're eliminating prostitution so that men will not be tempted (best thing is to have all women wear burkas) and married people will remain together (now they just need to get rid of drinking, gambling, reckless spending, domestic violence, work affairs, "escorts" available online, and the sex-drive killing result of being with someone for years and years, then all will be happy happy joy joy).
