I've seen Coco a couple times as well as others at this AMP. I don't call in advance I just walk-in and get who I get. Most recently saw Coco. Location is 'okay' in terms of discretion, but depends on time of day. There are some other businesses within the building so be aware of that. Coco is very sweet, greets with a smile and a light hug. Typical house fee paid upfront, and tip at the end. I've never had to negotiate with Coco, but then again I'm just there for the textbook HJ and leave the 'standard' tip for such.
