Review Updates
How often do the reviews get updated ? I know it takes 48 hrs for a review to post, but unless no one is writing reviews , it seems to me reviews should coming ...I don't know...hourly? Every 6 hrs.? 12 hrs.?

Review Updates
I'm thinking in terms of ...there must be thousands of guys seeing providers and writing reviews just in one county. And they're not all posting 'em at the same time. So reviews should be coming online in staggered fashion. Yet I won't see any new reviews for a couple of days sometimes. And then there's three or four new.

MPR posts all new reviews at the same time only once per day. Depending on your time zone new reviews usually appear around the same time every day but it’s not guaranteed. Occasionally no reviews are posted on any random particular day.
