Talking Pregnancy Test & X-ray- Magic Bullet for Prostitution Sting!!

§ 43-3-6 “Person” defined. – The word “person” extends to and includes co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic. -Rhode Island Statutes 43-3-6

I just realized that a pregnancy test or X-rays to show you are not pregnant or have body politics and corporate inside of you are the magic bullets to prostitution stings and court cases. If you are not pregnant or have body politics and corporate inside of you, then you are not a person in the statutes. A person is someone who is pregnant with infants or contains body politics and corporate. I think it is a good idea to keep the pregnancy test results and X-rays with you when you are escorting or seeking escort services. If you got caught up the prostitution sting, you can show the cops the evidence that you are not a person in statute.

“7. “Person” means a human being, and where appropriate, a public or private corporation, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a government or a governmental instrumentality.”- New York Penal Code Part 1 Title A Article 10 Section 10

Arizona, New York, and Alabama define a person as a human being and where appropriate, an entity. That means you must be pregnant to be a human being in 1 USC 8 and you must have one of the entity inside of you which can be a government instrument, corporation, etc. The words “where appropriate” means “in or at possessing.” So it means the person is a human being and in or at possessing one of the entities mentioned. It means the entity mentioned is inside the human being.

All the states are part of the United States after the Civil War and they are no longer sovereign. So the Federal Definition of human being, and individual will apply.

In some of the statutes, it says that a person includes a corporation or body politics and corporate. You can use the same X-ray to show that you don’t have politicians (body politics) or a board of directors (corporation) inside you. So it is a good idea to get an X-ray and pregnancy test to show the cops and the courts that you are not a person. If you are not a person, the statutes don’t apply to you. Some states uses the word “individual” or “human being” in the statutes. The human being or individual is defined by 1 USC 8.

In Church of Scientology vs. US Department of Justice 612 F.2d 417, 425 (1979) the court ruled that the human being is excluded from the person. The massive abortion debate in the 1990s was orchestrated by secret societies to let the society know about the changes in the law and give you the hint how to get out of all your legal troubles. The answer to disprove that you are not a person is a pregnancy test, X-Ray, or ultrasound. If you are a man, you want to get an X-ray to show you are not pregnant. If you don’t bring up the fact that you are not pregnant, then you committed fraud by admitting to be the person when you are not. A person in statute is pregnant. If you are not a pregnant, you are not a person and the statute doesn’t apply to you. You can walk away at anytime from a court case based on the fact that you are not pregnant.

The word “include” is used to define components in a package. My car includes new brakes and battery. This is an example sentence of the usage of the word “include.” The word “include” can be expansive because my car contains other components are not mentioned. Everything mentioned after include must be there or else it is a false sentence. If your travel agent told you the travel package has two night stay in a hotel near Disney World and the clerk said it doesn’t contains it, the travel agent gave a false statement.

What about the words “extend”? It is also mean a package in extension. So if the doctor cannot prove you have a body politics and corporate inside of you and your body doesn’t have the body politics and corporate, then you are not a person.

1 USC 1 state that a person contains entities and individuals. So the 1 USC 1 person is pregnant. If you see the words individual, human being, or natural person in state statutes, only a pregnant man or woman can be a person. If you are not pregnant, you are not a person.

“(a) In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the words “person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual”, shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.”- 1 USC 8

“(7) “Person” includes a human being from the moment of fertilization and implantation and also includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not.”-Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:2

“(B)(1)(a) Subject to division (B)(2) of this section, as used in any section contained in Title XXIX of the Revised Code that sets forth a criminal offense, “person” includes all of the following:
(i) An individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association;
(ii) An unborn human who is viable.
(b) As used in any section contained in Title XXIX of the Revised Code that does not set forth a criminal offense, “person” includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association”- Ohio Revised Statutes Title 29 Section 2901.1

I think it is wonderful that you can spin all these arguments. However, the fact that you can make them does not mean they will be the deciding factor in front of a judge. One of the things that judges do every day is hear competing arguments, each of which is highly compelling, and each of which contradicts the other, and then judge which one should carry the day.

Until you have a body of case law that shows these arguments to be the ones that carry the day, all you have are words.

The truth is no one bring up the person. They admit to be the person or in person. They are committing fraud with the courts. By committing fraud, they get burned. If you address it with the court that you don't qualify as the person, then you are being honest.

My friend John William walk away from the default judgement because he insist he is not the person in statutes and not in person. You may find a couple court case on abortion that mention about it. You won't find much case law. People don't read that why they jump into the game. The person is like the ultimate user drug law. You won't find much.

With the hire requirement in the prostitution law, there are court cases on that. The judge brought out the Model Penal Code about the mistress-lovers exemption, social companionship exemption, and the noncommercial sex for money. There are solid court cases on that issue.

Yes, there is no caselaw that address the issue about the person is pregnant or not. You or I bring up in court may create new caselaw on this issue. It is clearly shown in statutes that a person have a corporation, body politics, corporate, or infants inside. I am not making it up. It sounds stupid but I believe secret societies are giving you a way out by writing it this say. Wonder why there is no justice? You want to play in their game because the IRS or the police harass you. The police or the IRS harass you because it is a assumption in the society the laws apply and you are a person. My friend John-William got a flag on his file. The cops run the license and told him to have a nice day even when he have a suspended license and had pot on him. A couple of his friend got left alone because the cops don't want to play with John William.

If someone walk into court and not rebut the presumption of the person, they enter into ratification that they are the person. That means they just committed fraud. The courts are going to take advantage of someone because they have not read.

If someone walk into court and not rebut the presumption of the person, they enter into ratification that they are the person. That means they just committed fraud. The courts are going to take advantage of someone because they have not study and admit to something they are not. John-William told the attorney that he doesn't meet the definition of the person in the statutes. He cannot be a person.

The cops job is to enforce the laws according to popular beliefs. The popular beliefs are that you are the person and the statutes applies to you. Everyone in Federal Prison as well as Scott Bodley by ratification enter into the agreement that they are pregnant. They never went to 1 USC 8 and rebutted the claims. 1 USC 1 said that the person contains individuals. So the person in 1 USC1 is pregnant as well as have corporation and other entities inside them.

I made a mistake. Include doesn't mean a part of. It means to contains. If you don't contains the items listed, then you are not the object.

Here is my new video for Ohio. Ohio has a weird definition of the word "person." You can use an X-ray or pregnancy test to prove you are not a person.

Beating an Internet Prostitution Sting for Ohio!!
https://youtu.be/blOguN3p7UU

Ohio has other loopholes. The blow job, vagina sex, or anal sex must contains object penetration to be considered sexual conduct. Sexual contact require fondling. So selling a blow job or vagina sex without object penetration and no fondling doesn't fall in the category of sexual activity. I go over the Model Penal Code and how to use the hire defense.

My video concentrate on the person definition. People don't read the statutes so they don't see the wonderful loopholes. Please watch the video. I explain in depth about the word "include" and other stuff.

Please click on the link to watch the video!!

"(B)(1) (a) Subject to division (B)(2) of this section, as used in any section contained in Title XXIX of the Revised Code that sets forth a criminal offense, "person" includes all of the following:
