So when you northern mongers move over to Oxnard/Ventura area, post some reviews. On my trips up to the Central Coast, I don't have time to venture off the 101 all the way to Simi Valley. Looks like you have had a good thing going for awhile, but all good things must pass. It'll cool down after awhile, but in the meantime, let us OC guys know what's up along the 101. Many thanks and happy to share info on the OC whenever you are down this way.
