Quan Nhau's serve food with a full bar. They're like gloried pubs or bars...a Vietnamese lounge. I think, from my experience, they are presented as a mid-level to high-end establishment, and the attractive ladies will engage with you more openly, including taking the time to sit with you. But, you could equally just go for the food and adult beverages. I've, personally, never had a bad experience. My clients enjoyed the few I have taken them. (Except they were LOUD. Hard to carry a conversation, if it's all business.)

Coffee shops (Cafe's) are just Coffee and Juice bars with nearly naked eye candy. (Actually, some will be naked.) And, they will sit with you, too.
