I see this in just about every review... 5�...why is this popping up everywhere?

That is from an ASCII coding issue. I'm not sure that google is showing me the correct answer, but it is claiming it is from typing in two consecutive spaces. I'm thinking that it might be an issue with apostrophes instead, but either way it is an error in the text code. Sometimes this happens when writing something in another program such a Word, then copying and pasting onto something else.

Yes, thank you Robin for that explanation. It is a minor coding bug that sporadically happens when a user types the apostrophe key on the review side. It does not happen in every review and we try to catch it during the approval process but some might slip through.
