This is actually old news. The park in Chongqing (south western China) was torn down when the central government got wind of it. It was actually a park to promote sex education and "love harmony" to prevent divorce which has become a problem for the government. Here is a picture typical of tourists everywhere. "You sit over there honey, and I'll take a picture for your mom."

Commercial sex is available in China, but for foreigners it is very difficult to find. If you are a local it is readily available, but the choice "stock" is reserved for high party officials. Not much has changed in 5,000 years of history.

I know a guy who mongers in China. he says sex is cheap and plentyful over there. He is a Korean business man. I know another guy who was a professional MMA fighter "strikeforce" he used to fight in China. He said they would rpovide him with very hot Chinese girls 2 or 3 at a time all night. I wonder how easy it is to become a party official. They say that 10% of the population belongs to the party.
