So, this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but interesting just the same. I did a couple of trips to Guadalajara last year, and on my first one, I had a pretty cool experience with a provider. Had just landed and went to my 4 star hotel only to realize they couldn't put me in a room until the next day. In the cab on the way over to that hotel I noticed another area that had some 2-3 star places. Told my cabbie to take me there and got a room for the night. This was like 2am. Anyway, as we drove up I noticed a fine looking Latina in a Toyota Corolla sitting on a side street at the stop sign. Once I was situated in my room I walked out to the street and looked over where I had seen her, and there she was, still sitting in the car at the stop sign.
I sauntered over and asked her if she needed help. Of course she only spoke Spanish, and I have very basic amount of that, but I understood enough to know that a tow truck was coming. She was early 20's and looked like she might just be a higher class escort. After a few minutes a guy showed up in another car. In Cabo I have always just stuck to fishing. From what I read there are strip clubs and some MPs now in the town and there is a hooker bar somewhere over behind Squid Roe. There are a few monger reports on Intl sex guide website you could try there. You could try craigslist if you don't mind the risk of getting killed but I think most of the ads are from agencies.

Go down to the dock where they book all the fishing trips...ask around for Isaac. He is a big guy with a Panama hat. Everyone there knows him. Tell him you know big Rick the pool table guy from California. (That's not me but it is all you need to say) Isaac is a really cool guy and will hook you up with whatever you want....Fishing, Clubs, Whores, Weed, Cuban Cigars...ANYTHING. He will tell you where to go or he will take you around. Just tip him for his services. As usual YMMV. If you do...please post a message and let me know how it went. I haven't been there in several years but he has been a fixture there at the docks for ages.

A long time ago (maybe 25 years ago) I was in Puerta Vallarta with a friend. We asked a taxi driver for a local whorehouse. It is so long ago, I don't remember the quote, but we had enough cash for the cab ride and two whores. I was expecting a 5 minute ride in town, but this turned into a long ride, over 40 minutes, out into the desert. We get to this bar in the middle of nowhere with several armed guards at the front door. They were armed with Tommy Guns. We go inside and everyone (all Mexican) stopped talking and dancing to stare at the crazy gringos. Within a few minutes everyone went back to their business and forgot about us. Needless to say, we got home alive and had a good story to tell.

i like asianspinners method...get away from all the gringos and see what kind of fun or trouble you can get yourself into..I have done similar in other towns in baja..Las Barilles, La Paz and Loreto. Basically just leave the hotel room and start walking or driving around town and seeing what the locals are doing on a Friday or Saturday night.

Yeah im mostly talking about the 90s and early 2000s when I did this. Last one was I think La Paz and we stumble upon a street taco girl and she is cute and her menu has tortuga on it and of course we ask her for this because we just want tease her some. She doesnt have any..but we order some tacos anyway. So we hung out with her and her sidekicks for part of the evening. I think my friend tries to meet up with one the next day but no go. Later we end up in some bar somewhere talking to all these locals and I think there was expats in there cause I remember a lot them spoke English but I woke up the next day and couldnt even remember where the place was.
I still think most of South Baja is pretty safe, they have lots of military checkpoints south of San Quentin. I dont think I would even travel to mainland these days. Most of the time we would just go talk to locals to just get an idea of where to eat or get cheap drinks or where there was dancing(where the ladies were). Another town they had some kind of rodeo thing going on and we are drunk so we check it out and then later we locked our keys in the rental car and that evening became quite an adventure talking to people trying to get some help. So when we get help all the guy does is break into the car for us lol. you want us to pay you for that?
