Buying property is the easiest way to be a chick magnet. If the pad is hot but has a good location you can start the interview process. They can stay overnight if you choose, but if you let them move in, the interviews are over. I prefer continuing the interview process, time after time. Once they move in, the next step is getting you to buy furniture that they want (they will swear it is theirs later). After you buy furniture they will start crying for a ring. Once you buy the ring and seal the deal, they will effectively own half and no way will you be seeing other girls, unless they never moved in and you continued the interview process. Some say not having a steady living with you is boring to just keep interviewing, but then variety is the spice of life and you will miss your freedom and your variety, which to me is not boring if you still have it. Only exception is if over a long time one you move in never brings up getting married, but yet the whole thing stays fresh always. Still once the ring goes on you may be back to boring and wondering why you gave up your freedom because it is not fresh anymore. Getting the ring(s) is their game, you are just the puzzle they have to work on to get there. Pieces of a puzzle in a box they close and stack in the corner once they assembled it, time for them to move on. Just saying...LoL. Some young dudes are in demand with a hot condo or house, as long as they keep interviewing...Hehehe. On buying more properties, if you want tenants, it is all business, don't be thinking you can advertise the place for rent and conduct interviews for a bang without them thinking you sealed the deal with them, or you may be getting legal summons, etc. If you want to make money rentals will work until they change the tax laws; you can spend the extra money on the chicks you are interviewing in your own place, not as a prospective tenant at your rental property. What was that scam, 'Mike's Apartment' or somesuch. Yeah right, a phony ad in the paper, the interview for the right type of girl, the bang and tell them it's already promised to someone else, which may be true? Or you might let them stay for a week or two without any commitment, if they are mentally there? Some may go running to the newspaper or rental activist or real estate company that finds them apartments with their horror story. Whoops! Are we still talking boring? Nah, but outcome? Square One with a hot condo or house and interviews over and over beats the rings and scams all the way.
