Yeh, I kind of expect that. I'm just looking for something a little more exciting than a Table Shower or GG Kims "Clean & Jerk" session. The problem here is that US bathrooms are not really set up for a Soapy experience. In Japan one does their soaping and washing prior to getting into the ofuro.

I heard that...about Foreigners in Japan. Always wondered why someone didn't come up with a 'westernized" version of this here in SoCal.

The closest I have ever come to anything like this is a Jacuzzi Party at the Ranch, back in the late 80's. I was well taken care of, that's for sure, but I also remember how expensive it was, even then. ($500hr). And a good Table shower too, over at Eden.
