If asymptomatic under present testing protocol they do not go for a test. If they are not tested how many asymptomatic there are is unknown. The two groups reported on: 1. Those known to have virulent case, and 2. Those who have recovered from symptoms of it are obvious groups to note this. Getting asymptomatic to volunteer for testing including for semen test if they have it, have had it, or have recovered from it, but just were never showing symptoms at all is a stretch. Requiring those in that category may come up if there is a "second wave" that becomes rampant. As time rolls along surely plenty of testing supplies for the various modes and permutations will be available. Once vaccine is ready and is able to eradicate, surely there will be testing about such matters for cured patients post vaccine application.

Obviously from some of the other links the question has been examined elsewhere. So there is some data on it after all.
