Ex-biggest cathouse means it's NOT the biggest any more. I bet I know! -- the ex-biggest cathouse in the city is gone, and the now-biggest cathouse is a few blocks south and not nearly as nice. (You guys know what I mean). That's really what Uncle LEO did to us. That's always what the result will be. Uncle LEO will never get rid of it. Uncle LEO will just make it move a few blocks south and be not nearly as nice for the girls and the mongers.
