yeah a new site has been the works from 2002, but it has risen from the dead about a year ago.

some providers don't shine until the after the 5th visit, then that is a new story after, just have to up your game, some of the best writers have shown the progression in their reviews.

could limit the rewards if you just limit the story to one or two and you might as well just visit the next open sign you see without any intel
