If they remove the ability for it to be written about does not the whole issue go underground where there is no protection for those involved?

We thought this was ironed out clearly way way back, no? Now they pick an area they can attack? Now I now have to be very careful about what I say not to be labeled an alarmist, a gypsy, an oddball, some political designator(which starts it's own hullabaloo), a crazy sex maniac, a walking dead freak, a Martian or other alien,or (Heavens) a hobbyist or amp monger looking for my pound of flesh. So I'll just say it this way: Whatever happened to SPEEDOM of FREECH? Looks like it is on it's way out? Granted nobody expects you to stand up on a soap box but don't you think your voice can still be heard voicing your concerns on this topic and it's related future effect on individual freedoms and safety of those who are affected no matter what quarter they are in or from? Just a question. If you have the time to spin a yarn or drop off your thoughts. Is it worth it to you? Even for review boards to go down or rags to disappear online, or even published, or even those we used to get either free or for a few quarters in the vending boxes. "Pornography, with its harmful effects, has become a public health crisis that is destroying the life of millions. We encourage states to continue to fight this public menace." so, terrorists and mass murderers using the internet is ok, but the internet being used by sex workers and for porn should never be permitted

SESTA-FOSTA passed the Senate 97-2. only Ron Wyden (D) and Rand Paul (R) voted no
(not fake news) - FACT: a Republican president signed SESTA-FOSTA into law the GOP and the current leader of their political party (the president) continue to advance numerous retro social policies because they are totally owned and controlled by evangelical fundamentalist bible thumping born again christian voters who put Gorsuch on the Supremes ? FACT: the written and stated position of the Republican Party - "Pornography is a public health crisis and a public menace." if you joined the 1950's ride along with those praise the lord relics, you own it

as already posted above, there's no disputing who supported FOSTA-SESTA: all D's, except one, voted yes and all R's, except one, voted yes. and the one R no vote, who claims to be a Libertarian, is really not a true Libertarian and neither is his father
a member, supporting the majority in power in D.C., asked; whatever happened to freedom of speech ? the FACTS are: there's only 'one' political party in this country that's joined at the hip with evangelical fundamentalist bible thumping born again christian voters FACT: it was evangelical fundamentalist bible thumping born again christian organizations that were the driving force behind the writing of the FOSTA-SESTA bills and then getting them passed through Congress without evangelical fundamentalist bible thumping born again christians pushing their religious agenda, with the assistance of their political party of choice now in control of Congress, this law, that decimates CDA Section 230, may have evolved much differently or maybe not even at all those are FACTS the Church is running the State (all three branches of U.S. government)
