When did BBFS become an advertised option for AAMP's?

Back in November I was in Portland and was seeing adds for AAMP's offering BBFS I thought that was a little bold and suspicious but lack of reviews kept me away not that I would have gone BB. Just the other day I saw TER is back so went on to see what's been happening since they were shutdown. I was searching AAMP's in Los Angeles and the first add offered BBFS.

But actually, that particular ad already broke it down for ya, with 2 pops or bb diff price showing, so the lower price on ad was for covered one pop. Actually pretty clear offering there. Other ads not so clear.
