That's exactly right. OTC is description "over the clothes" when there is not skin to skin contact. UTC is "under the clothes" or skin to skin touch. "Touch the Kitty" is FOV. FIV is "Finger in Vag" INSIDE.
Sometimes a newly met provider will tell you what they will do when action starts and if you test their limits and if they let you go further you are doing something right or you will be happier. If that happens that is usually the hint there is more later. Always fun when they ramp up what they give you.
