A corporation is a trust-like granted by the state. The person in California statutes is the Blueman's group. When you were born, you received a certificate of birth. In California Prostitution Law, the term "lewd act" is used. The lewd act is defined in People v Freeman. In People v Freeman, the California Supreme Court defined the lewd act involve the genitals, buttocks, or female breast come in contact with the part of the body of other for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification. In Missouri Prostitution Law, the phase "arouse or gratify the sexual desire." The phase "sexual arousal or gratification" is equivalent to "arousal or gratify the sexual desire."
The lewd act involves using the genitals, buttocks, or female breast for the intent of sexual arousal (kundralini arousal) or gratification (kundralini feeding) the sex stone of the person ( public corporation).
If you study Yoga, Hinduism, or Tantra, it will teach you what is inside the public corporation. The charkas stones are inside the public corporation. The lewd act is to awaken the kundralini energy. The kundralini energy in the stones must be at a certain state before it can be extracted and used for the communion for Extra-Terrestrial Shapeshifting.
The California Supreme Court in People v. Freeman that Harold Freeman didn't pay the porn star for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification. In other words, porn performance doesn't arouse or gratify the kundralini energy inside the sex stone. Since there is no sexual arousal or gratification in porn, it doesn't meet the definition of lewd act.
Let me be clear that there is no sexual arousal or gratification in porn!!! There is no sexual arousal or gratification in GFE, BBFS, or BBBJ. The services that escorts offer is the same as the porn star except is it not filmed. GFE, BBFS, or BBBJ doesn't arouse or gratify the kundralini serpent inside the corporation stone which is the body of Christ so it doesn't meet the definition of lewd act.
The cops got it all wrong!!! The statutes has been misapplied through word magic. There is nothing sexual about GFE, BBFS, BBBJ, or Happy Ending. Why? These services doesn't arouse or gratify the kundralini serpent. To be sexual, it has to involve the kundralini serpent. You have been programmed to think these services are sexual when they are NOT!!! GFE, BBFS, BBBJ, or Happy Ending doesn't meet the definition of Lewd Act.
