How do you know I am not black? Not criticizing obama because he is black but the media will say anyone that says anything is a racist. A young black kid asks his mother, "Mama, what is Socialism and what
is Racism?"

"Well, Child,... Socialism is when white folks work every day so we

Lets close this thread. Its just UGLY. We should be brothers here, and rather than jump in the mud slinging, the repeating of cliches and propaganda, media bashing, character assassination, etc., I say lets just leave this for another venue.

I didn't bash Bush and I won't bash Obama. There are many facets to every issue, nothing is black or white. This anger at our leaders is misguided, anyone will be taken down in this second decade of the 21st century- a rapidly and radically changing world (instant news and opinions, every schmo has a voice, the loudest -NOT the most thoughtful- get our attention). So called "facts" are twisted to frothy purposes on the right and left. Use your education and stop repeating all their crap. A little critical thinking can combat this reactionary nonsense. Take everything with a grain of salt, but realize also that most of your information comes from some kind of "media", whether you plug in to
right wing talk radio, MSNBC, Fox News, or some of the mainstream sources. Read more, and gather a diversity of opinions. Know that anybody with a point of view- however twisted it may be -has the means and apparatus to create compelling and persuasive "media", to have a voice and influence, even if it is terribly misguided and divisive.

This is a section about politics. No reason to close it. The problem is anytime Obama is even mentioned in a sentence. People scream racism because that is all they have to cling too. That or yell its Bushes faught. The video posted was nothing about racism. It just show how the media presents Obama as a God. I asked if there will ever be another president presented this way. I like to keep race out of politics. Actually, I hate the mention of race. People are people.

Not sure why you or "the main stream media" need to single out one race (blacks) I can recall seeing a 60 minutes report a few weeks ago, on how people in Kentucky and Alabama were taking advantage of disability insurance . Which is a form of welfare for the cheaters.. In this case all the crooks were white.. Lead my a corrupt white lawyer... In my opinion many races are guilty of taking advantage of tax paying citizens...

I will add with Socialism. The part that everyones leaves out. Is the elites that promote socialism and how bad capitalism is. Are the people that want to be the only people to use capitalism to get rich while everyone else gets poor. The Micheal moore's and George Soros of the world. They want to tell you to live your life one way. But, that does not apply to them.
