There have been a few times I paid the big bucks for what I thought would be worth it. It's never worth it. The total upper limit for price to value ratio I've ever experienced is about the $300 range but even that is rare. $200 will get you the most mileage for the most time on average and isn't so huge that you kick yourself after for blowing the cash. These days I would never consider anything in the $300 range. I don't care for who.

What's the difference between a Lexus and a Toyota? Not nearly enough to account for the price difference. My point is this.
