He thought he could extort Nike but did not consider his leveraged threats were recorded? Does this sound like an ethical or experienced attorney? The 'talk show' money he garnered was barely keeping his action going while he was laying off staff according to reports. Worked Stormy over and spent her money. Nice Guy. He's done according to most reports. Now is that not a lesson for gullible media responses to extreme sensationalism?

Saw guilty verdict confirmed in what they are calling the "Nike Extortion Case". Sure he'll squirm, but he slid into toaster and it just popped up burnt toast.

He's got an upcoming appearance in an LA court soon, on a case they say unrelated to the one that put him behind bars. A judge other than the one who locked him up in NY let him out on a 90 day release so he could tend to his other case. There was a rumor that it had to do with NY releasing those not considered a physical danger to others because of that prison and others having a high occurrence of covid-19, but some news sources say not true.
