Making them give HJ or get fired could be considered coercion but even if the girl volunteers to do extras...once she is looking at a guy in full tactical SWAT gear with an assault rifle pointed at her head and then a DA saying "tell the court they forced you to do it and you can go free, get a green card and Govt. assistance they will almost all roll over.
