So when you northern mongers move over to Oxnard/Ventura area, post some reviews. On my trips up to the Central Coast, I don't have time to venture off the 101 all the way to Simi Valley. Looks like you have had a good thing going for awhile, but all good things must pass. It'll cool down after awhile, but in the meantime, let us OC guys know what's up along the 101.
