Costa Mesa & Orange
I won’t say what I do or if I work for the city, but Costa Mesa is at war with illegal massage parlors! I highly advise you to stay away from Orange & Costa Mesa! Costa Mesa has shut down over 90 % of the locations (I walked into Fair Plaza and it’s a Ghost Town- places abandoned/doors unlocked) and they aren’t done! The Mayor of Orange is now at it! The war is on! Be warned! Don’t end up cuffed or caught in a sting!!
