If you are a gentleman, you will act like you've never met her and never discuss her past. I was in the same position, a co-worker was dating a girl that i met in a AMP. We just said hi, nice to meet you. I've seen her at a few company functions and we've kept a casual friendship. She's stop working, so I don't have any contact other than seeing her at these parties.
