Maybe re-think your tactics. Her driver might have a visual of you and your vehicle. The freeway chase could have ended badly for you, her, or other drivers, or all involved. Seems she likely was trying to get away from you, given the speeds she accelerated to. But who knows. Maybe load a bag of the same fruits she carries, park a block away, walk casually by her and remark something totally corny like "Hey, I see we like the same fruits!" Maybe she'll open up for some conversation.....maybe not, but it would be a lot safer than a high-speed freeway pursuit. Just my thoughts......
