Wow, so they netted one suspect. How many man hours and operatives and over how long a span of time. So how much tax money have they spent on the project to net one suspect? That's all they can get for their effort? Wow, it sounds like things are really in bad shape in Simi Valley, a real hotbed of injustice. Some place 'hired' at least one operative. Maybe by the end of the month they might snag another? Real crime spree that is really doing a number on society, yah right?
