I am getting tired of the same old Zesus, etc. Any new joints around Irving Park/Albany?

It's the economy. Rent for commercial space is too high. Providers are 'lazy' now and working from home online- good ol' OF.

How is the Indie scene now in Chi? LE is more relaxed there I have been told.

I'm just glad my ATF is back looking as hot as ever and most importantly out of anybody's crosshairs.
