Anyone know of or have experienced a full service parlor in Paris? Outcall is not an option. I've heard it's tough out here, but it will be a tougher few weeks if I can't get some mongering on. I've heard some horror stories about Paris scams, though. Anyone have some experience or advice?

Do not waste your time in Paris, unless you have a local wing man or your name is DSK!! I'd go to Belgium or Germany, or even Switzerland where prostitution is legal; plenty of info on the web. If you have the opportunity to fly to Barcelona or Madrid, plenty of fun clubs there too.

If I read the question correctly, "fallingfar" was inquiring about a "full service parlor", not about escorts or outcalls.

There is no real reliable parlor in Paris per se. There are a lot of places that give "massage erotique" but these are mostly saussage festivals where only men work. Don't think many guys are looking for that. There are more than a handful of full service apartments with expensive women (1 or 2) working in them. They advertise hotties, but usually have ordinary women. If you don't speak French or a romance language (Spanish, Italian etc) and try to speak English you will be treated like dirt. Always start out in French and ask permission to speak English. That might get you somewhere, but not likely. French girls are not all that wonderful in bed. They have great passion, but their skills are rather lacking. You will sometimes find a Thai place or a Chinese place with erotic offerings. Most though have a Thai or Chinese name and are run by French and have local girls. If you call, ask what part of Thailand or China they are from. If they have no answer or their accent is not of an Asian speaker, better to pass than pay 150 Euro for a less than wonderful massage that is well clear of your junk.
