It's actually off Harbor and Victoria. If your coming from the 405 towards the beach, you turn left onto Victoria. There is a 2 story building on your left. You will see cars parked behind it. It's like a red light district! When everything was open, I've walked (open in the middle) inside and women would come to windows or say hey outside the door.
