This has happened so few times that I can probably count with my fingers out of the thousands of providers in SoCal from the past 10 years that saved their money and retired.
The majority of the ones that leave the business and never come back are the ones who find a well-off Poindexter who can support them and isn't bothered by their past (or never knew their past). Several of the Viet Cafe girls like Joselyn Cano have retired after hooking up with Mexican Drug cartel bosses....she'll be back serving me coffee drinks at Cafe Lu when the cartel guy gets bored with her, she gets old, and/or they find someone younger and hotter in a couple of years.
