| Hugh G. Rexion | Cops arrest them and turn the evidence over to district attorney who files criminal charges. DA office will allow accused to plead guilty to a lesser charge because they don't have enough time to take everything to court or sometimes the evidence gathered by cops not strong enough.. I read somewhere you just don't agree to anything and insist on a jury trial and insist you are going to fight it to the end and they will drop charges or accept a plea of some minor charge like disturbing the peace |

How do you arrest someone on suspiscion of prostitution? Is it because they are innocent until proven guilty? |
