Have no clue. Latest I heard was about a year or more ago someone that went to the same gym as Ichi saw him and said he was emaciated and looked like he was in bad shape. Being that he was in great shape and a body builder...that doesn't sound well.
His last posts were talking about dying and the "meaning of life" and then he vanished. My guess would be cancer or HIV and he's no longer with us.
