I have enjoyed MPreviews for a long time, but this new format is worthless. I even paid for another VIP membership because they did not bring my old account over. Wasted the money from the old account and the new account. What a mess. Opened a support ticket asking for a refund, no luck.

We’ve been working extremely hard on this new version. To be honest, it’s very similar to the old site — just rebuilt on a modern platform that finally allows us to add new features and improve performance. You still have the main homepage, the Reviews section is in the same place, and the Forum (now called MP Talk) works without having to log in three times like before.
We also added an interactive map search, faster loading, and a system we can now expand however we want — which means things will only get better from here.
I wish you’d shared specific feedback instead of just calling it worthless — that would actually help us fix what you don’t like. We’ve invested a lot of time and resources to give everyone a better platform and continue improving it daily.
Again, if you truly want a refund, just email us directly with your username — I checked, and there are no new refund requests in the inbox right now.
