So far this new site has been useless to me. Cumbersome to navigate, getting logged off automatically, can not find anything I am looking for. Have no idea what happened to my remaining days on my paid subscription which has been useless even til today. I am willing to be patient with this a little longer as I know they are working on it. All my favorites posts which I flagged are gone as well.

Thanks for being patient and for sharing that feedback — we really appreciate it. We completely understand your frustration. The old system had a lot of backend issues and outdated code, so we had to rebuild everything from scratch, which caused some temporary disruptions like login sessions, favorites, and subscription syncing.
The good news is that we’re actively fixing all of it. Logins are being stabilized, favorites will be restored once we finish the user data merge, and VIP days are not lost — they’ll carry over automatically once the account system is fully synced.
The new platform will ultimately make navigation smoother, add faster searches, and let us build new features without being limited by the old setup. It’s taking a lot of time and effort, but we’re getting there.
