MPR members got hosed. After talking about a new site coming soon then getting us to purchase additional VIP membership days, we are presented with this.WTF! I’m also being told that my VIP membership doesn’t exist anymore. I must purchase this new site’s membership. We got hosed, ROYALLY!

Hey there Anonymous — totally hear the frustration.

A few important clarifications:

No one is losing VIP time. If your account shows “no membership,” that’s a migration/sync bug, not a policy. We’re honoring all remaining VIP days from the old site.

You don’t need to buy again. If you’re being prompted to, it’s because your legacy VIP didn’t sync on the first pass.

What to do (takes 1–2 minutes):

Email us at mpreviews@gmail.com
with your username and the email on your old account.

We’ll manually attach your VIP and add extra days to cover any downtime while we squash bugs.

Why the change:

The old site was holding us back. This new platform is modern, faster, and lets us ship features and fixes quickly. We’re working around the clock to stabilize everything.

We get that change is annoying—especially when something you paid for looks missing. That’s on us to fix quickly, and we will. Please shoot us your details so we can make it right and get you back to VIP without delay.
