It's been in the news last year that there were a few 'schools' in K-town that were just fronts to get people student visas who never attended school. Many of the Korean providers have entered the country on these fraudulent student visas and are now working in AMPs all across the country.
I was wondering if all of them are on these kinds of visas? If the loopholes for this kind of illegal immigration are ever closed will the supply dry up? There must be 10's of thousands of Korean girls living and working in AMPs with visas like that.
[/div]its not that hard to get a visa coming from south korea. my wife was on a tourist visa. she over stayed her visa making her illegal. with a visa, in order to keep it current the immigrant has to go back to their native country periodicaly. i think its once every 2 years. if the immigrant came in to the usa legally it is not a problem to get married 2 a citizen and they can get a green card that way. if the immigrant came in via "border jumping" from canada or mexico they cannot get a green card unless they go back to their native country and apply for a visa legally. i talked to an immigration lawyer about that before. there was talk in korea town last year that later this year south koreans would be able to visit the usa without a visa. i have not heard any news on that lately because i have not been going to visit my wifes relatives in k town lately.
this segues to annother topic. my ex girl friend suah came to this usa via canada. no visa, illegaly. many k-girls do that. "border jump."
if they go back to korea they just "jump the border" again to come back to the usa via korean "cayote."
usa border security is a joke. i don't advocate terrorism and cia if u are reading this do not worry i am a good tax paying usa citizen, but in my opinion the only reason the usa has not been hit by terrorists again is because they do not really want to hit us. some of suaah's friends were illegal aliens and i personaly knew them. they came and went in and out of this country illegaly and without any problem, it just cost them some money. but the alternative is machine guns and high fences at the borders and do we want that?
