What happened to Karma? I was recently contacted by the MMS of the former Dream Massage, shut down by the City of San Gabriel possibly due to her greed and lies, preying on customers and staff. She made quite a few enemies. There were rumors that an informant played a part in setting up the sting.
She called to tell me that the shop has re-opened under a different name and that she now operates this and two other shops in the SGV. She even offered to give me a deal to come in and try one of her new places. I was an early adopter when she opened Dream after being fired my Royal in South El Monte. I stopped going after almost falling victim to one of her cons. i've read about other incidents and communicated with several mongers and providers who say the aforementioned about her is true.
Is she now hooked up with some sort of Asian underworld or is she just telling more incredible lies like before? As a monger, I'm definitely not a fan of LE interference with honest shops providing good service. I'm just wondering how someone with so many bad comments and reviews can still manage to survive. Has karma failed?

Sure! The MMS is actually friends with me. I told her she was wrong to continually lie to mongers. It was bad for biz. She would tell a monger that a girl was working to get him in but she was actually off. She tell a monger a provider was not working and to try another girl. She liked it that much because the provider that he wanted was busy. Then the monger would see the girl he originally called about in the hallway and get pissed. MMS got found out. Of course everybody tells you that you'll get a nice young girl but you end up with a middle-aged laundry lady. Most of the providers at Dream where laundry ladies.
She mistreated her girls too. I warned her about doing so. You could've set up the turnstile for the providers that worked there. Not only did she overwork them but cheat them on their tips. Even though she insisted she didn't know what went on behind closed doors except massage, she would demand tips for extras in advance from inexperienced mongers. These newbies would actually give her the tips in for extra services. If mongers would give the tip directly to the girl, MMS would demand part of the tip from the provider. She would demand personal favors and gifts from providers.
All of this comes first hand from the providers or admitted to me by the MMS. This woman was a friend but she was wrong and was able start again. Maybe she's learned her lesson. NAAHHHH!
