My last general practitioner's office called me to set an appt for the annual check up. She left a voicemail and said 'if you have Obamacare, don't call back'. I have a good PPO and didn't call back. I won't support a doctor that does that.

I would rather see a dr who doesn't take obamacare patients because he is less likely to be in such a rush....you know he maybe even spend a whole 3 minutes in the room with me. The chick that left the message was pretty stupid but I don't think u judge the doctor unless you know the actual difference in reimbursement rates.

Speaking of Doctor stories. I have a good one and it also ties into another post about shaving and hair dryers....I won't spoil it, but it had to do with a shaving rash on my right inner thigh and a totally hot korean provider....er doctor. Will post when I wake up from the dream...
