Under Bern all providers will be required to make you CIM or CIP or else they get a reduced fee deduction in their pay so you have to check off that box upon leaving on MMS's logsheet. LE will inspect to insure compliance with government regulations that require at least 90% of visits resulted in CIM or CIP and counseling and training will be mandated to providers who fall below 80% success ratio. All dudes walk around with smiles on their faces and keep their stress levels real low due to the new government health care, which also reduces other medical issues and saves the gov. tons of money!
