I'm a newbie to this forum, but a veteran of the hobby. I completely understand your need to extricate yourself from the lifestyle. Lately, I have been off and on. I feel much better about myself overall when I'm off, but much more sexually fulfilled when I'm on. It can indeed become an addiction.
