Might not be so much the preconception that they are hard to work with or other negative stereotypes. It's just as likely to be the reality of a language barrier and them being outsiders. Outsiders are not trustworthy. That might also be the reason why black providers don't seek out AMP's for employment. Can't communicate with and don't trust FOB Asians!
