For a Chinese woman provider to be working independent is a huge risk. How can they screen clients? They can't. They typically ask for useless questions which don't prove anything.
Also the Chinese don't like calling the police to report such crime. Thus they're a perfect victim.
So it's a very bad idea to work independent.
